N\u00e4r vi startade Audur Capital var det en reaktion p\u00e5 ett\n\u00f6verdrivet risktagande och den bonuskultur som vi s\u00e5g runt oss. Vi ville bygga\nett syftesstyrt bolag, det handlade inte bara om att tj\u00e4na pengar, utan hur vi\ntj\u00e4nade dem. Det var viktigt att m\u00e4ta resultatet ocks\u00e5 i andra v\u00e4rden \u00e4n pengar,\nsom i milj\u00f6 och i sociala m\u00e5l. En stor sak var ocks\u00e5 att vi aldrig s\u00e5g p\u00e5 f\u00f6rhandlingar\nsom en t\u00e4vling att vinna, utan mer som ett utbyte av id\u00e9er\u201d, ber\u00e4ttade Halla\nT\u00f3masd\u00f3ttir i en intervju f\u00f6r tidningen Forbes nyligen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f3masd\u00f3ttir har sedan \u00e5ren med Audur Capital hunnit starta\nen h\u00e5llbarhetsfond tillsammans med s\u00e5ngerskan BJ\u00d6RK, dragit ig\u00e5ng finansbolaget\nSisters in Capital och 2016 blev hon s\u00e5n\u00e4r president p\u00e5 Island, n\u00e5got som\nnaturligtvis har sp\u00e4tt p\u00e5 intresset f\u00f6r hennes person, och ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5tt v\u00e4rldens\nmedia \u2013 fr\u00e5n BBC till Financial Times \u2013 att vallf\u00e4rda till Island f\u00f6r att prata\nom \u201dfeminine values rule in finance\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men har hon r\u00e4tt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f3masd\u00f3ttirs arbete och observationer har inspirerat \u00e5tskilliga forskningsrapporter och analyser, och backas delvis ocks\u00e5 upp av en studie av Nordea Markets, som visar att f\u00f6retag med j\u00e4mnare k\u00f6nsf\u00f6rdelning redovisar markant stabilare resultat (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordea.com\/Images\/33-250321\/Diversity_as_a_value_driver.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"l\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r (\u00f6ppnas i en ny flik)\">l\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r<\/a>).
