Vi kan g\u00f6ra allt det restriktionerna hindrade oss fr\u00e5n: st\u00e5 i tr\u00e5nga folksamlingar, resa till andra l\u00e4nder, bes\u00f6ka kultur- och sportevenemang, krama v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi kan ocks\u00e5, till vissas fasa och andras l\u00e4ttnad, \u00e5ka till kontoret igen. N\u00e4r pandemin var som allra starkast och restriktionerna som str\u00e4ngast satt n\u00e4stan alla kontorsarbetare hemma och arbetade. M\u00e5nga f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5dde en verklighet efter pandemin, n\u00e4r vi skulle kunna arbeta varifr\u00e5n som helst. De fasta arbetsplatserna var d\u00f6da, hette det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6r fem \u00e5r sedan trodde jag och m\u00e5nga med mig att alla skulle bli konsulter, ha m\u00e5nga olika uppdragsgivare och bli mer fria. Dessutom trodde vi att vi skulle resa mer och bo p\u00e5 olika st\u00e4llen. Det d\u00e4r har vi f\u00e5tt revidera. De allra flesta tycker de \u00e4r r\u00e4tt sk\u00f6nt att ha en best\u00e4md plats d\u00e4r man kan skriva och ha sin teknik. Det \u00e4r inte lika m\u00e5nga som pratar om att jobba fr\u00e5n Bali nu f\u00f6r tiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det s\u00e4ger Nicklas Hermansson, f\u00f6rel\u00e4sare, trendspanare och, som han sj\u00e4lv kallar det, futurist. Syns regelbundet i SVT Morgonstudio, d\u00e4r han trendspanar.<\/p>\n    <\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arbetsgivarna driver p\u00e5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Just nu \u00e4r det arbetsgivarna som driver p\u00e5. Men det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som faktiskt vill tillbaka till kontoret. Vissa \u00e4r lite less p\u00e5 att sitta hemma. Man kanske bor f\u00f6r litet och sitter d\u00e5ligt. Dessutom \u00e4r det m\u00e5nga som vill umg\u00e5s med m\u00e4nniskor, som har saknat gemenskapen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r bara varf\u00f6r arbetsgivarna driver p\u00e5 utvecklingen. \u00d6kar produktiviteten av att vara p\u00e5 kontoret? Nej \u2013 det har ett flertal studier visat. Vi blir mer produktiva av distansarbete. \u00c4r det bara f\u00f6r att kunna kontrollera sina anst\u00e4llda som fler f\u00f6retag kr\u00e4ver att de sitter vid sina skrivbord?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 S\u00e5 \u00e4r det s\u00e4kert p\u00e5 sina h\u00e5ll. Men d\u00e5 har man ett problem med att man inte m\u00e4tt sina medarbetare p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. Men oftast handlar det om att bygga kultur \u2013 det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttesv\u00e5rt om alla sitter hemma och jobbar. En annan viktig faktor \u00e4r att kreativitet och innovation. Det \u00e4r bevisat att den \u00f6kar n\u00e4r vi sitter p\u00e5 kontoret. Snarare tror jag att kontoren kommer bli som medlemsklubbar eller upplevelsecenter, dit man kommer f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 input och dela med sig av kunskap, snarare \u00e4n att producera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c4r du \u00f6verraskad av den h\u00e4r utvecklingen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jag trodde inte att det skulle g\u00e5 s\u00e5 h\u00e4r fort. Pandemin blev en katalysator som gav oss tre supertrender: F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta att vi inte kan f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas vara kreativa om kontoren ser ut som finlandsf\u00e4rjor. F\u00f6r det andra ins\u00e5g vi att flexibilitet var viktigt p\u00e5 riktigt: om folk ska trivas kanske vi ska hj\u00e4lpa dem med allt fr\u00e5n hunddagis till mathandling och nannys. F\u00f6r det tredje ins\u00e5g vi att wellness och h\u00e4lsa spelar roll.
